How to solve Issues when you received damaged sign or it has a little defects:

• First of all before shipping we have tested them for 48 hours and they have passed the quality inspection. It is highly unlikely that a customer will receive a neon light that does not work due to a small defect. We do not recommend customers to initiate a return for a small defect that causes it not to work properly. Please kind contact us directly by email, we will offer a reasonable solution within the working day probably within 4 hours.
• For neon signs with broken pieces during shipping, we usually produce new parts within 3 business days and mail them to the customer free of charge, and we will provide a guide for removing and installing the parts, even though this operation is very easy.

• Before placing an order, please consider whether you have the ability and enough patience to solve the problem with us, if you are not ready, please don't place an order.

• Any issue when you receive the sign, please feel free to contact us directly by email, we normally will give a best solution soonest, please kind don't open a dispute from PP.
