Warranties：

• Quality warranty: 2 years for glass parts and all electric components.

• If damaged during shipping:  if damaged during shipping, we will make new parts and we have video to guide you how to remove and install the parts to the sign, it is easy for everyone, then the sign will work well again, free of charge for all.

• If loss in shipping:  if goods lost during shipping, we will make new one and send to you, free of charges.

• Affordable repair service: when it out of warranty time, we still support affordable repair service, they are reasonable price.

How to select backing for neon:

For metal frame backing, we used light aluminum frame baking spraying on the surface, and we designed the transformer behind the frame.

                                                     
 

For metal frame + Black acrylic panel (outline shape), metal frame + Black acrylic panel ( rectangles shape), we used light aluminum frame baking spraying and 5mm thickness acrylic panel, also we designed the adaptor behind the sign.

                                                                                            
 

For metal frame + acrylic pane UV print backing, they are light aluminum frame and 5mm thickness acrylic panel UV printed, adaptor behind the sign. 

                                                        
 

For steel can + PVC panel UV print backing or  steel can + PVC panel backing, we used stainless steel panel to be bended and welded into a case then baking spraying on the surface, 8mm thickness plastic panel, adaptor is between steel panel and plastic board.

                                                           
 

Product time:

• We will processed the order within 24 hours, then we need 5 to 10 days to produce items, test quality and send them out .
  ( as that by 5 to 8 days for glass neon sign, 8 to 10 days for steel can glass neon sign, 3 to 5 days for neon clock and table neon sign, 3-5 days for led neon sign ).
• Once items were sent out, we will share trace code with you for its status.

Delivery time:

• Within 8 to 15 days to door by reliable carriers UPS, DHL, FEDEX, depending on your location.
• Multi items will be delivered by separated packages.

Transportation Damage Terms:

• For small size, we carefully packed each sign by foamed board fixing in the glass tubes, followed put it in a Hard cardboard box for small sizes.
• For large size, we also carefuly packed each sign by foamed board fixing in the glass tubes, followed put it in a plywood box.
• If you received damaged items, please contact us via support@neon-leds.com  we will give a good solution in 24 hours and you will get details below what we did the best packing way for international transportation to avoiding broken.
   

For big size of steel can neon sign of 31" and 36" , we used foams to fill the glass tubes, then covers with pe film and then put it in a plywood case to make sure safety transportation.

For small size of neon sign, we used sturdy cardboard box outside and foams filled in the glass tubes. You can see in middle of the box, it is supported by a sturdy cylindrical object o prevent the cardboard from sagging to avoid neon sign was broken.
