Warranties：

• Quality warranty: 2 years for glass parts and all electric components.

• If damaged during shipping:  if damaged during shipping, we will make new parts and we have video to guide you how to remove and install the parts to the sign, it is easy for everyone, then the sign will work well again, free of charge for all.

• If loss in shipping:  if goods lost during shipping, we will make new one and send to you, free of charges.

• Affordable repair service: when it out of warranty time, we still support affordable repair service, they are reasonable price.

How to Choose Your Favorite Neon Backing:

Option 1: The most common type—metal frame backing,a genuine iron frame welded together with a bake painted finish

Option 2: A genuine iron frame combined with acrylic panels (square and beveled styles), metal frame + Black acrylic panel (outline shape), metal frame + Black acrylic panel ( rectangles shape), 

Option 3: A genuine iron frame combined with UV-printed acrylic panels (square and beveled styles), metal frame + acrylic pane UV print backing

Option 4: A stainless steel can combined with UV-printed acrylic panels, or a stainless steel can combined with acrylic panels without printing,  steel can + PVC panel UV print backing or  steel can + PVC panel backing.

It takes us approximately 5–10 days to manufacture, test, and ship the products.
Shipments typically arrive within 8 to 15 days via UPS or FedEx.
Multiple items are usually packaged separately.

For the U.S. and Canada: Shipping costs, as well as customs clearance duties and fees, are included in the price.
For European countries: Shipping costs are included in the price. Customs clearance services and fees are included for some countries but not for others. We will declare a value of $5–$49 USD to facilitate customs clearance and significantly reduce your costs.

For small items: they are packed in cardboard boxes lined with foam.
For large items: they are packed in plywood boxes lined with foam.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately and provide photos or videos of the damage. We will respond within 2 hours during
business hours.

For big size of steel can neon sign of 31" and 36" , we used foams to fill the glass tubes, then covers with pe film and then put it in a plywood case to make sure safety transportation.

For big dimension of neon sign, we also used foams to fill the glass tubes, then we will put it in a plywood case.

For small size of neon sign, we used sturdy cardboard box outside and foams filled in the glass tubes. You can see in middle of the box, it is supported by a sturdy cylindrical object o prevent the cardboard from sagging to avoid neon sign was broken.
