There is no doubt that this is a big one, when I received it, i got pipe broken, then to contacted the seller, and then we got the replacement parts from seller without any fees, the seller is very patient to guide how to install the parts, finally the neon sign worked again, do as the seller said the quality is good, compared with the prices locally or other sellers, thanks and i will buy again.
